You can cancel up to 12 hours before class without penalty. Late cancellations (within 12 hours) result in loss of class credit for pack holders or a $15 fee for unlimited members.
Yes! We provide all necessary equipment including yoga mats, weights, resistance bands, and cycling shoes. You're welcome to bring your own mat if preferred.
Class packs can be shared with one friend or family member, once per pack. Unlimited members can bring a friend once per month for free.
Yes, we recommend booking through our app or website. Classes can fill up quickly, especially popular times. Members can book up to 7-30 days in advance depending on their package.
We welcome all levels! Instructors provide modifications for different fitness levels. We recommend starting with beginner-friendly classes like Yoga, Pilates, or our "Intro to HIIT" workshop.
